How does the component work?

Which interactions can occur?

If drugs containing nitrates or NO-donors (drugs against cardiovascular disease) are being taken, their effect can be seriously increased. As a result, the blood pressure could fall sharply and you could collapse. If you are taking these drugs you should not take this potency enhancer.

Drugs against fungal, bacterial or viral infections may increase the effect of Vardenafil, if taken together. The same applies to taking Levitra or Vardenafil Citrate together with grapefruit juice. Therefore both should be avoided.
Taking alpha-blocker drugs for high blood pressure or a benign enlargement of the prostate at the same time is to be avoided because it could lower the blood pressure too much.
