Generic drugs? What we are talking about?

Drugs developed by a given pharmaceutical company often first get the patent for this new product for a certain period. During this period of time no other company can develop a similar drug. So the manufacturer that possesses the patent can produce this article and market it. However, when the patent period is over other manufacturers can also officially produce the same drug. If it is an exact copy of the branded article, the contents and how it works are therefore one hundred per cent identical, we speak about a generic drug. However, there can be two differences between branded products and generic articles: Firstly, they can look different and secondly, they can have another price. Generic products are offered at a more reasonable price than branded drugs.

Can I presume that generic products are the same as branded drugs?

You can be sure branded drugs and the generics offered by us are completely identical. You will not notice any difference. You can see this with Viagra and its generic sexual enhancer Sildenafil Citrate. Both drugs contain 100mg of the active principal Sildenafil. All other generic products offered by us are also exactly the same as the original.
