If you prefer to order from our shop you are kindly asked to first complete a questionnaire with 10 questions. The desired drug can be only sent after having evaluated the questionnaire. We recommend all customers who order drugs from our on-line shop to consult a doctor beforehand. Doctors often recommend that their patients order the medication they need on line because of the high prices of the drugs in local pharmacies.


If you prefer to order your drugs from a different supplier to us, please consider the following:

• Does the supplier guarantee that the products are produced at recognized production centres? Is it an accredited company? Unfortunately, it is currently estimated that more than half of all generic products sold are produced at production plants which are considered unclean with no medical safeguards and no valid license.
• Do they have customer service?
• Is the medication being delivered from your country? (For example, 80 percent of the deliveries from overseas are confiscated by customs).
• Will the products be sent in their proper original packaging and in blister format?

Observing these points excludes at least some risk factors, although still no guarantee that the entire process will run without problems. Please contact us if you are not certain whether your supplier is trustworthy or not. We are happy to help you with our knowledge at anytime. Please rely on us because we care about your safety even if you choose to use a different supplier. It is very important that pharmaceutical customers feel well advised, even if they decide to purchase elsewhere.
